  My father needed to undergo cancer treatment at the Mayo Clinic for six weeks, so he, my mother and I needed nearby long term accommodations. When I explained our situation to Renee, the property manager, she contacted the owners, who very kindly gave us a long term rate. Mayo was just a few miles away and being able to be directly on the beach lifted all our spirits. The condo is very well equipped and very comfortable. It also fortunately escaped damage during Hurricane Irma! Jacksonville Beach is a quirky, funky little beach town - fun but not pretentious. We loved it! Renee was always available if there were any problems and is a wonderful person! Can highly recommend this rental!

  It was very clean and accessible. You walk out the door and you are on the beach no walking 2 or 3 blocks. Lots of great places to eat near by. We stayed there for the Daytona 500 and it was well worth the drive to stay there.
